Sculptural Disciplines
Robert Copskey is renowned for his figurative sculpture, using Portrait, Figure, and Bas-relief to express his vision and relationship with humanity.
His expertise and discipline in modeling the human figure brings his work to the highest standard, enabling him to show expression and emotion in his work.
Portrait
Dating back to the ancient Greek and Roman eras, portrait sculptures are artistic representations of individuals, bringing a three-dimensional aspect to capturing the likeness and essence of a person.
Copskey pays close attention to the individual's facial structure, body gesture and surface anatomy to create an accurate representation.
Figurative
Figurative sculptures are artistic representations of the human figure and other living forms. All of the figurative sculptures Robert produces are original and uniquely modeled, and most of the finished pieces are cast in bronze for public and private commissions.
Bas-relief
Robert works on different types of reliefs. Bas-relief or low relief can be a portrait or figurative related and mounted on a wall. Floor reliefs usually have an emblem design, either round or rectangle that are set in the floor.

Commissions
Copskey is available for commission work and it would be his pleasure to be able to create an original sculpture and bring your vision to fruition. Copskey has extensive experience with commissioned work, dating back to 1984. That year he created nine life-size figures for the Army Corps of Engineers, exhibited at the World's Fair in New Orleans.
